Most of our products are built to order with a short, 5 to 7 day lead time. We will send you an email shipment notice the day your order ships and will provide a tracking number for you. Most orders will arrive at your destination in about 10-14 days or less from the date of your confirmed order. Larger or custom orders may take longer. Our on-line prices include shipping to 99% of the addresses in the continental United States. There are a few high shipping cost areas that may have a surcharge (e.g., many islands, remote locations, high security locations, etc.) Call for quotes to ship to these areas or to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
Our shipment notice email will tell you the name of the carrier and the shipment tracking number. Smaller items ship via UPS and will be delivered without a signature unless the driver feels it is best to obtain one. Larger orders and/or heavier items ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. LTL carriers will phone you when your shipment is nearing its delivering terminal to arrange a curbside delivery appointment. Carton and product inspections are required on LTL deliveries and any damage must be noted on the receiving ticket, else you have received the shipment "free and clear."
The weight and dimensions of our product can be found on the website product pages. The crate or carton will normally be 12" or more larger in each direction than the product itself to help insure safe arrival. Listed dimensions and weights are subject to correction.
Live outside the Continental USA? First, let us say, "Thank you for your interest in our products!" Our prices include curbside delivery (or to an accessible loading dock, if a commercial address) within the continental United States of America. Due to increased international attention and acceptance of our products, we are happy to suggest that you investigate setting up an account with Bongo International, a freight forwarding company with some US-based consolidation warehouses. We will ship most of our products to your attention c/o Bongo International US warehouse address that you supply on the order. Once the product is shipped, the remainder of the transaction is entirely between you and Bongo including any damage and shortage claims. (Instances of such damage or shortage are extremely rare!) Also, our warranties are limited to products shipped to, installed and used exclusively within the continental United States. We are not associated with Bongo International except in that we will ship to their U.S. based warehouses.

To enable a proper and success filing of damage claims with shipment carriers, you should inspect all product shipped via UPS within 24 hours of receipt. If your order was shipped via an LTL carrier, we require an inspection and notation on the receiving papers if there is any damage to the product, so an inspection is required at the time of delivery of an LTL carrier shipment. Failure to note "damaged product" on the LTL carrier reciept may preclude the filing of a damage claim with the carrier, for which we cannot be held responsible.
You should expect to receive a refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper if we receive the item in new and saleable condition. Please note that all returns must be authorized by us in advance of the return and unless we have made a mistake, you will likely have to pay the return shipping fees, and possibly a restocking fee.
If you need to return an item (other than shipping damage) within 7 days of your purchase, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll process the return request, normally within one or two days, and notify you via e-mail of the way you should send your return. We may contact you for more infomation regarding your request and you may contact us by phone for help with any return.
